GForero1993 Consulting ("we", "us", or "our") provides online reputation management services to local businesses, including managing Google Business Profiles and responding to customer reviews on behalf of our clients. Information we collect

We collect the following information:

• Contact information you provide, such as your name, business name, email address, and phone number.
• Business Profile information for clients who authorize us to manage their Google Business Profile, including business details, locations, reviews, and posts.
• Basic usage information needed to operate and improve our services.

How we use information

We use the information we collect only to provide and improve our services. This includes responding to reviews, updating and maintaining Business Profile information, publishing posts, and communicating with you about your account. We do not sell your information.

Google user data and API services

When a client connects their Google Business Profile, we access and process their profile and review data through Google APIs, with the client's permission, only to deliver the services described above. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not transfer or sell it to third parties.

How we share information

We do not share your information except as needed to operate our services (for example, with service providers who help us run our systems) or when required by law. Any provider we use is bound to protect your information and may use it only to perform services for us.

Data retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed to provide our services or as required by law. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to disconnect your Google Business Profile from our services, at any time. To make a request, contact us at the email below.
